DEPOSIT / PAYMENT POLICY: All reservations require a deposit of at least one night's stay except during holidays and special events when a 50% deposit is required. Balance is due on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY : A minimum of 14 day's notice of cancellation is required for refund of a deposit. A minimum of 30 day's notice of cancellation for holidays and special events is required for refund of a deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $25. administrative fee deducted from the deposit. No refunds for early departures
